Solange Muleiro Matouk is an attorney specialized in immigration law, member of the State Bar of Wisconsin,
and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Graduated with a law degree from the University of Salvador, Argentina in 2000, she specialized in Aeronautical and Space Law at the Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law (INDAE) and later in Conflict Resolution at the University of Buenos Aires ( UBA). She received an LL.M from Florida International University (FIU) with an emphasis in immigration. Solange has specialized in business immigration, including visas for professionals, business executives and managers, extraordinary abilities, green cards and American citizenship. Solange speaks Spanish, English and French.

SARA BAQUERO / FOREIGN LEGAL CONSULTANT
Her more than 10 years of professional experience in her native Colombia and the United States allow Sara to understand the legal needs of clients with cultural diversity. She was linked for more than 5 years to a prestigious firm in the area of Intellectual Property. His native language is Spanish, but he also speaks English and German fluently. He obtained his law degree in Colombia and studied two postgraduate degrees in Business Law and International Contracting at one of the three best universities in Colombia, before settling in the United States.
In this country, Sara studied a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Miami, with a focus on international law and specifically on entertainment, arts and sports law, trademark law (basic and advanced), copyright law, trademark litigation , and creation and negotiation of contracts related to intellectual property and the entertainment industry among other types of contracts, as well as protection of image rights.
Subsequently, Sara joined local law firms where she was able to deepen her knowledge in this discipline, but where she was also able to expand her knowledge to a new area of knowledge – immigration law, which, together with intellectual property, is part of the federal law of the United States.
Indeed, in addition to her performance in the area of intellectual property and related disciplines, Sara has been in the United States for more than 5 years preparing visas for investors, merchants or employees of investors and employees (E2 and E1), transfer of executives or employees with specialized knowledge (L1), talent or extraordinary abilities visas (O1-A and O1-B), visas for professionals with specialized jobs (H-1B), Labor Certifications (PERM – EB-3), green extraordinary ability cards (EB-1) and green cards for professionals exempt for national interest (EB-2 NIW). Additionally and thanks to her status as an immigrant, Sara prepares residency applications based on family relationships or marriage (I-130) and citizenship (N-400). All of these requests have specific processes depending on whether they are presented at embassies or in the United States, procedures that Sara manages strategically.
He is currently preparing for the final exam to obtain his license to practice federal and state law in New York (NY Bar).
Outside of the office, Sara loves to exercise, play the piano, attend music festivals and concerts, and travel with her family to different places in Colombia, the United States, and abroad to enrich her understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
JUAN CRUZ BUSTOS / PARALEGAL
Bilingual Argentine lawyer, with solid training in both public and private sectors. His main focus is on private law, with a specialization in the area of damages. For several years, he has dedicated himself to representing clients in cases involving damage claims, gaining valuable experience in this field.
At the same time, in the public sphere, he has specialized in constitutional law, which has allowed him to develop a deep interest and skills in legal writing and research and comparative legislation. This experience has awakened in him a growing interest in American law and specifically the field of immigration.
He currently works as a Paralegal for the firm, contributing his great analytical and writing skills with the aim of providing a professional and ethical approach to each case he faces. As part of the Muleiro Law team, he is committed to excellence and providing strong legal solutions to clients.
LAUTARO SCHULTZ / PARALEGAL
Law student at the University of Buenos Aires, specializing in International Law.
He advanced professionally in the field of image rights and pedagogy.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, he has diplomas from International Exams (PET, FCE CAE, IGCSEs) as well as a bachelor's degree in economics and administration.
